Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering & Payment
1.1. Order Placement
All orders must be placed through our official website at least 2 days in advance. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion.
1.2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include PayNow and Credit Card. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
1.3. Reservation Validity
Each order is valid for up to 90 calendar days from the date of booking. Orders not fulfilled within this period shall be considered cancelled, with no refund provided.
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are scheduled 30 to 60 minutes before your stated mealtime to allow for food preparation.
2.2. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fees start from S$35 per trip. A surcharge of S$5 per trip applies to addresses located within the Central Business District (CBD).
2.3. Amendments to Delivery Details
Requests to amend delivery time or location must be submitted at least 2 days in advance via WhatsApp at +65 6013 6812. Amendments are subject to availability and approval.
2.4. Delivery on Public Holidays
Delivery is available on public holidays, subject to capacity. Early booking is recommended during festive periods.
3. Menu & Ingredients
Menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to the seasonal nature of ingredients and market price fluctuations. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value where necessary.
4. Self-Heating Pads
All packages include self-heating pads for added convenience. Customers must adhere to the following usage and safety guidelines.
4.1. Usage Instructions
- Place the heating pad at the bottom of the provided container.
- Pour approximately 800ml of room-temperature water over the pad (just enough to cover it).
- Quickly place the sealed food tray on top and close the outer box lid.
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the food to heat thoroughly.
4.2. Usage Disclaimer
Our self-heating pads are intended for both indoor and outdoor use. Customers are solely responsible for using the heating mechanism in accordance with the instructions provided.
4.3. Safety Warning
Do not place heating packs on flammable surfaces. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid direct contact with steam, and do not use boiling water during activation. We are not liable for injuries, burns, or property damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of the heating packs.
5. Promotions
Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Promotional offers cannot be combined. Codes must be applied before payment is completed.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled delivery date via WhatsApp at +65 6013 6812. The applicable refund terms are as follows:

7. Food Consumption Disclaimer
We do not offer customisation to our menu. All meals are prepared based on a fixed menu, and customers are responsible for reviewing their own dietary needs and consuming the meals at their own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from:
- Improper use of self-heating pads
- Late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
- Consumption beyond the recommended time window (2 to 3 hours after delivery)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mingle Munch Pte. Ltd., its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use or misuse of the Services. The Mingle Munch Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change, add, or delete any terms and conditions herein, without any prior notice.
